1st Night Ambrosia celebrates the mountain foraged honeys and pristine rivers of the East Cape.
For this Liqueur we start with a traditional mead ferment using honey,water champagne yeast. This fermentation finishes bone dry. We then back blend with Manuka Honey, the warmth of French Brandy and our own secret spice infusion
On the Rocks as an aperitif in Summer- glorious, from a brandy glass after a meal in Winter- Perfect.
